The Teacher Accessible Classroom Interface (TAC) is a revolutionary product that leverages current classroom technology to reduce the administrative and classroom management workload. Designed from the ground up to meet the teachers’ needs for quick input of classroom attendance and viewing of past attendance records from the classroom. TAC increases the accuracy and the timeliness of attendance data. TAC also eliminates the paper shuffle between the classroom and the attendance office. An integrated ASIST component for collecting, tracking, tallying and managing student debts and fees. Provides powerful POS capabilities, form letter merge using Microsoft Word. Provides school-wide accountability for most revenue sources such as: (activity, graduation, prom, technology, gym uniforms, locks, lab, field trip, bus pass, transcripts, temporary/permanent ids, text books, library fines, etc. Reports can be generated to breakout revenue by user, station, date, and receipt number. Also, reports summarize revenue based on fee description, and link accounts for departmental or executive review. Integration is achieved by built in account maintenance, overdue text book tracking, TAC interface, and unpaid Student Id debt import for both temporary and permanent ids.
